What it does

A spectrum builder where you draw a relative spectral profile from 380 to 780 nm and see its PAR band distribution and key ratios. It also mixes illustrative fixture spectra and totals their photon flux and power.

When to use it

Use it to compare blue, green and red shares and red:blue and red:far-red ratios for a spectrum shape, or to see how combining fixture types changes the mixed spectrum. The fixture presets are illustrative shapes, not manufacturer data.

How it calculates

Band share = sum of relative intensity in the band ÷ sum from 400 to 700 nm × 100. Bands are half-open ranges.
R:B = sum from 600 to 700 nm ÷ sum from 400 to 500 nm. R:FR = sum from 600 to 700 nm ÷ sum from 700 to 800 nm.
Mixed spectrum = sum of each fixture's spectrum × quantity × dimming, normalized to its peak.
Total PPF and total power = sum of fixture PPF or watts × quantity × dimming %
