Dim supplemental lights from incoming radiation

For each zone, the system reads today's measured PAR/solar light, computes how much supplemental DLI is still needed to hit your target, and recommends a dim level. Enable a zone for advisory first; flip autopilot on only once you trust it and have validated the hardware.

Autopilot also requires an admin to set DAYLIGHT_HARVEST_ENABLED and MODBUS_ENABLED, a registered GrowWise controller ⚠ (not yet configured), and a real PAR sensor feeding readings. Until then, enabled zones run advisory-only.
